Motorsport and Compliance Policy
Lawful Use Requirement
Products and services are used only in compliance with road traffic, emissions, consumer protection, intellectual property, import/export, tax and software licensing rules. Public-road use requires the approvals, inspections and certifications required by the user's jurisdiction.
Emissions and Safety
TWS-TUNER rejects projects intended to unlawfully defeat, remove, bypass or misrepresent emissions or safety systems for public-road use. Customers disclose emissions-control hardware status, fault codes and intended use.
Motorsport, Off-Road and Development Use
Closed-course motorsport, off-road, research, export and development files or hardware are used only within those stated limits. Customers, installers, dealers and end users follow the stated limits.
Installer and Dealer Duties
Installers and dealers provide accurate customer information, confirm lawful use, avoid misleading claims, and pass through limitations, warnings, license terms and aftercare instructions.
Refusal Rights
TWS-TUNER refuses or stops work when a request is unsafe, unlawful, incomplete, technically unsuitable or inconsistent with this policy.
