Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to website use, quotation requests, ECU/TCU/CPC file services, calibration data support, performance hardware supply, WinOLS 5 support, plugin services and annual renewal services.
2. Contract Formation
A binding order is formed through written quotation acceptance, invoice acceptance, portal order confirmation or direct written acceptance by TWS-TUNER.
3. Customer Information
Customers provide accurate vehicle details, original files, hardware list, fuel type, diagnostic trouble codes, logs, intended use and regulatory constraints. TWS-TUNER refuses or pauses work when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe, unlawful or outside the accepted technical scope.
4. Lawful Use
Services and products are used only in a lawful manner. Customers are responsible for roadworthiness, emissions compliance, inspection, insurance, import/export restrictions, motorsport-only limits, intellectual property rights and software license compliance.
5. File Services
File services are project-specific technical work based on customer data. Vehicle condition, hardware condition, fuel quality, sensor accuracy, previous modifications, read/write tools and installation quality affect results.
6. Hardware, Software, Plugins and Renewals
Order documents confirm availability, compatibility, shipping, taxes, duties, warranty conditions and third-party license terms. Customers comply with vendor terms for WinOLS 5, plugins, checksum tools and related software.
7. Prices and Payment
Quotes state price, currency, tax treatment, delivery charges, installation charges, third-party fees and payment method. Work starts after payment or written account approval.
8. Delivery and Acceptance
Digital files are delivered through the agreed portal, email or secure transfer method. Customers inspect delivered files and report technical issues with logs, DTCs and installation details.
9. Liability Boundary
TWS-TUNER is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, unsuitable vehicle condition, unlawful use, third-party tools, installation errors, fuel quality, pre-existing faults or use outside the agreed scope. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
10. Refusal Rights
TWS-TUNER refuses or stops services that are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, misleading, intended to defeat legal emissions controls for public-road use, or outside the accepted technical scope.
