Consumer Rights, Withdrawal and Refunds

Pre-Contract Information

Before an consumer is bound by an order, TWS-TUNER provides trader identity, service scope, total price, taxes, delivery charges, payment method, delivery timing, withdrawal information and complaint contact through the quotation, portal order page or invoice.

Right of Withdrawal

consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. The exact cancellation rule depends on the order category: goods, services, digital content, custom goods or mixed orders.

Digital File Services

When a consumer gives express consent for immediate digital service performance and acknowledges the withdrawal consequence, service work starts during the withdrawal period and withdrawal rights follow the Consumer Rights Directive rules for performed services and digital content.

Custom Goods and Special Orders

Custom-made or personalized goods are handled under the Consumer Rights Directive exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Refund Handling

  • No-start cancellations are refunded according to the payment record.
  • Started service work is charged according to the performed scope allowed by law.
  • Technical correction requests require logs, DTCs, original file details and hardware confirmation.
  • Third-party software licenses, plugin licenses, vendor renewals, taxes, duties, payment fees and shipping follow the applicable vendor and statutory rules.

Withdrawal and cancellation requests are sent to 707380844@qq.com with name, order reference, contact details, product or service description and withdrawal statement.

ODR Platform Note

The Online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. consumers use national consumer authorities, alternative dispute resolution bodies and competent courts.
